| Description | This is a an all day event at the "Mushroom Mountain" farm in Liberty, SC, taught by Tradd Cotter. Lunch is provided. Includes instruction, choice of 5lb of sawdust spawn and a fruiting kit (a $50 value). Participants will learn different methods to cultivate mushrooms, designing mushroom gardens, and composting with fungi.
We have added many new exciting species to our lineup this year, including parasol, beefsteak, hericium coralloides, some medicinal mushrooms: 3 native species of cordyceps, reishi, almond portabella, and maitake. Also we will be reintroducing our usual strains of king stropharia, blewit, morel, etc...All the above species and more will be up on our shopping cart within the next month.
