On Jan. 13, chefs Kevin Gillespie, Joey Ward, Chris McCord, and Billy Cole built a menu around produce from Farmer Cass at Finch Creek Farms for a vegetarian dinner where Kevin announced that Chris would be taking the lead as Gunshow’s Chef de Cuisine upon Joey’s departure to start his own restaurants, Southern Belle & Georgia Boy.
