If you’ve been thinking about joining Cast Iron & Collards Society, now is the time!
We’re hosting a Cast Iron & Collards Society members-only event to foster those beautiful connections between chef, farmer, and eater. Grazing boards can be simple and trendy, are a crowd pleaser, and what’s more – they can spark conversation about where the food we eat comes from. We want to showcase Georgia’s terroir through the great products grown, produced and preserved in our area. And who better to impart that expertise than our Farmer Champion partners?
Join us to mingle, sip, and snack. Then gather in the Little Tart dining room for an hour of baking and pickling demonstrations, led by Bakers Miranda Bell and Geethi Loganthan of Little Tart Bakeshop and Chef Stella Dillard of Dandelion Food & Goods. Buy a basket of locally sourced and made goods to take home for continued enjoyment and conversation.
Georgia Organics’ Farmer Champion campaign and Farmer Services program work to bring local farmers and the food service community together to increase sustainable and organic purchasing and highlight their relationships.
Tickets: $25 for Cast Iron & Collards Society Members Only!
