Georgia Organics founded the state’s first farm to school program in 2007, and works with school districts and state-wide partners and agencies to grow these programs at the grassroots community level as well as at the “grasstops.” We serve as the National Farm to School Network‘s State Lead for Georgia.
Stay up to date on the latest in our farm to school program by signing up for our monthly e-newsletter, the eBite, here. If you are interested in a Georgia Organics-led workshop or presentation, please email Erin Croom at firstname.lastname@example.org.

In 2013, Georgia Organics worked in communities across the state, conducting train-the-trainer workshops for educators and cafeteria staff, giving presentations to everyone from school nurses to diversified farmers, hosting conferences for farm to school and farm to preschool stakeholders, and providing tools and resources through our online resource hub.
